The Hundred Dresses by Eleanor Estes

Okay Elanor Estes I can’t love this book any more. A whopping fluffy five out of five birds for this short children’s book. I can’t tell you how many times in the past week I have said don’t be a Peggy or a Maddie when the kids have started quarreling with each other. It stops them in their tracks. This book should be read by EVERY CHILD. It shows them a timeline of two girls making fun of another girl and the effects it has and their simple ways they try to rectify it. We had so many talking points in this one. We read one chapter a day and my 3 year old kept up and loved it. They also enjoyed talking about the dresses 🙂 In this day and time this is a MUST.
